Welcome to the Ehub Charging Help Center. Here’s a step-by-step guide to using our services efficiently.

1. Register with Mobile OTP Verification

• Download and install the Ehub Charging app.
• Open the app and enter your mobile number.
• You will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) via SMS.
• Enter the OTP to verify your mobile number and complete the registration.

2. Load Wallet from Different Payment Methods

• Go to the Wallet section in the app.
• Select a payment method (Fonepay, Khalti etc.).
• Enter the amount you want to load and confirm the transaction.
• Once the payment is successful, your wallet balance will be updated.

3. Start Charging Your EV

• Insert the charging connector into your EV.
• Start charging by either:
• Scanning the QR code on the charging station.
• Pressing the Start button on the connector from the app.
• Your charging session will begin immediately.

4. View Your Active Charging Session

• Tap on the QR code button in the app.
• If you have an active session, it will redirect you to the session details page.
• You can monitor the charging progress, remaining time, and cost in real-time.

5. View Transaction Logs

• Go to the Transactions section in the app.
• You will see a list of all your past transactions.
• Click on any transaction to view detailed information about the charging deduction.
